Eligibility
  • Open to students currently enrolled in colleges or universities.

  • Teams must consist of 2–4 members.

  • Cross-college teams are allowed.

  • Each participant may only be part of one team.

  • Participants must register before the submission deadline.

Project and Submission Requirements
  • Projects must be built specifically for LECATHON 2.0.

  • Existing projects are not permitted unless significant new features are developed during the hackathon.

  • Teams must submit all required materials through Devpost before the deadline.

  • All code must be the original work of the participating team.

  • Open-source libraries, APIs, frameworks, and AI tools may be used, provided they are properly acknowledged.

Prizes

🏆 Total Prize Pool: NPR 100,000

The detailed prize distribution for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd positions will be announced before the onsite finale.

Additional prizes, sponsor awards, and goodies may also be announced.

Judging Criteria and Winner Selection

Projects will be evaluated based on:

  • Innovation & Creativity (25%)

  • Technical Implementation (25%)

  • Real-world Impact & Feasibility (20%)

  • User Experience & Design (15%)

  • Presentation & Demonstration (15%)

The judges' decisions will be final and binding.

  • Maintain professional and ethical behavior.

  • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct.

  • Respect venue property and equipment.

  • Follow instructions provided by organizers and volunteers.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate disqualification.
